Welcome to Wacyi ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Wacyi mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Service.

Wacyi is a comprehensive Islamic education platform that provides access to:
- Quran reading with multiple reciters and translations
- Duruus (Islamic lessons) from trusted scholars
- Muhadaraat (lectures) in audio and video formats
- Hisnul Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim) supplications
- Podcasts on Islamic topics
- Blogs and articles on Islamic knowledge
- Fatwa (Islamic rulings) from qualified scholars
- Islamic events and community updates
3. User Accounts
Registration
Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Guest Access
Certain features are available without registration in guest mode. However, features such as offline downloads, progress syncing, and personalized settings require an active account.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by visiting our account deletion page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
- Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.

Our Content
All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to audio recordings, video lectures, articles, and educational materials, is owned by Wacyi or our content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial educational use.
Quranic Content
The Quran text and recitations are provided for learning and worship. We have made every effort to ensure accuracy. If you notice any errors, please contact us so we can address them promptly.
Scholar Content
Lectures, lessons, and fatwa provided by scholars represent their individual opinions and interpretations. Wacyi serves as a platform for distribution and does not necessarily endorse all views expressed by individual scholars.
6. Offline Downloads
Registered users may download certain audio content for offline listening. Downloaded content is for personal use only and must not be redistributed, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes. We reserve the right to modify or remove download availability at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, including reading progress or downloaded content, that may occur due to technical issues.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wacyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
